The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, essential support services, and medications for low-income people with HIV. EYES accepts youth who are WV residents age 7–18, with an IQ below 70, for placement in emergency shelter care from the WVDHHR, law enforcement agencies, parents, legal guardians, or caregivers.
